Our aim is to provide an easy to use, secure, good value, up-to-date online shop selling all sorts of products of use to anyone who is converting a van into a campervan or motorhome, or perhaps just improving an existing vehicle. We are an online business which means we don't have the large overheads associated with conventional 'bricks and mortar' shops - this means we can keep our prices low and concentrate on giving you as much good information as possible on this site.
Payments and PayPal: We take all our payments through PayPal which is one of the most secure and efficient ways to take payment online. You do not need to have a Paypal account in order to pay through their system.
Stock and Delivery Times: We try very hard not to show items on the site which currently aren't in stock and usually products are shipped within 48 hours of you making the order (often much quicker than that). We use standard delivery across the board to keep your costs down so expect items to turn up in around 3 working days. For outlying areas deliveries are likely to take an extra day depending on how remote you are.
Please try to use a delivery address where you are going to be in to receive the order. If you are out when the parcel is delivered, the carriers will leave a card asking you to contact them - you need to either collect the item from their depot or call them to arrange a new delivery slot. Generally speaking if you don't arrange this within 5 days of the original delivery attempt your order will be automatically returned to us and we'll be charged for the shipping (so we won't be able to refund the shipping costs). If you still want the items, a new delivery will have to be booked and paid for.
Shipping Charges: Our standard charge for bulky items is £10 which is less than our own costs. Our policy is to offer free shipping on all orders over £300 provided you don't live somewhere which will cost us an excessive amount to ship to (please note we do not supply products outwith the UK). For those of you who live in outlying areas we will usually charge £20 which shares the excess shipping costs with you so that neither you or us feel hard done to! Almost all carriers now charge excesses for Scottish Highlands and Islands, Isle of Man, etc.
Are you going to be in? Please try to give us a delivery address where there will always be someone in to receive deliveries. Please check your delivery carefully before you let the driver leave as once you've accepted delivery any damage becomes your responsibility.
Returns Policy: As with all good retailers, we uphold your consumer rights and will agree to take returns in a responsible way provided that you contact us (preferably by phone and email) within 7 working days of receiving the items and provided that you have also acted in a responsible way and have an appropriate reason for needing to return the item. We try hard to give you as much information as possible about what you are buying in order to make sure you know what each product is and whether it is right for your situation.
If you need to return any items, please contact us immediately so that we can make suitable arrangements and supply a suitable return address. You must return the goods to us without delay, at your cost. We cannot accept responsibility for lost or damaged returns and therefore you must ensure goods are insured in transit, and are returned within the 7 working day period. The goods MUST be in perfect condition, unused, complete with all parts and packing in the original packaging. We are entitled to deduct from any refund the cost of the delivery. This includes items returned that wouldn't fit for reasons outside our control.
Returns Address: In many cases the products we sell are bulky items and it may make most sense to ask you to send a product back to one of our suppliers instead of sending it to us - therefore, please phone or email us before posting a return item anywhere so that we can fully discuss the issues and provide you with the most efficient address to post to.

For the purposes of returns we often use our suppliers addresses to minimise shipping costs and delays so please contact us via email in the first instance.
Taking Delivery: Please check your package for damage or missing items before you sign for the package and before you let the courier drive away - as soon as you let them leave you become responsible for damaged items! If you're not happy with the delivery explain to the driver and write something to that effect or simply write "DAMAGED" beside your signature, please also try to take photos of the damage and contact us as soon as possible. If you fail to mark a delivery as damaged we have very little chance of fighting our corner with the shipping company if there is a dispute over where the damage occurred. If you ask for deliveries to be left without a signature you are accepting liability for damaged / missing items.
