Task Write-up: 

I have had to ply line and insulate the van from scratch
Have used 6mm ply for sides and ceiling and 9mm ply for floor. I have used Fiberglass loft insulation in the walls and carry mats for the roof with a refective layer. (found cheap on ebay. also used plastic sheet to cover the Fiberglass, keep away dust and act as a vapour barrier.
Have Carpeted the Ply along the way, really good and easy to use!
