Insulation
I have completely covered every single piece of metal inside the van with silver insulating bubble wrap. It took 8 rolls of the stuff.
This was attached to the walls with spray on adhesive (I could not tell you how many of these I used in total - a lot!!).

On top of the silver bubble wrap, I placed thick underlay carpet felt (recycled stuff). I only put this in the spaces between the spines of the van as at £33 a roll, I could not afford to do the whole van!!

On top of the underlay, I put more of the silver bubble wrap.

All of this stuff was attached with the spray on carpet adhesive. This stuff is really sticky and makes a real mess - bit like candy floss!!!
